Engineered Base with Targeted Reinforcement
CIM introduces a crushing tooth system combining an Alloy steel base with cast-in TiC studs located in critical wear areas.This design improves wear performance in high-impact applications and provides enhanced resistance to tooth fracture and insert loss compared to conventional CWI solutions. The cast-in metallurgical bond ensures a fully integrated structure, eliminating brazed insert-related failure risks.
